See the Star!

Matthew 2:10(ASV)

10 And when they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.

There are so many verses in the Bible about "seeing". If there is anything powerful what God gave us as humans, I would probably say it is imagination. Once our mind captures the vision, it immediately becomes to prepare the way. We start getting ideas and understanding how to accomplish our goals. Just like the GPS computer in your car or phone. You type in the final destination and the computer shows you the best and fastest way to get there.

These wise men were on the long journey. Those times it took time, so to speak. Imagine this: wisemen reach the territory of Israel and Judah, they don't know what to do. They look for the star that they saw in the beginning. The star is not there. They look and keep looking. Finally! They see the star. And they rejoiced.

The very same way it is today. When you took your journey, you may be wise and smart like those wisemen, but their knowledge didn't put the star in the sky. So are you - take time to seek God, so He can show you the star. Look out for the star.

And when you read your Bible, one scripture will touch your heart. And when you listen to sermon, one example will touch your heart. And when you scroll your Facebook, one thing will touch your eyes.

That is your star. This star doesn't tell you much, but what it does tell you, that your Heavenly Father is watching and He gives you the way to go.

So rejoice when you see your star, that means you know where to go next!
